Since appliances vary, the instructions below are guidelines only. Keep frozen until ready to prepare.

MICROWAVE (1100 WATTS):
Break seal tab, lift lid and replace loosely over container to allow steam to escape during heating. Place container on a microwave-safe plate. Heat on high for 8 to 8 1/2 minutes, without stirring.

CAUTION:
Do not allow contents to reach boiling temperature (210.2°F/99°C). Let soup stand in microwave for 1 to 2 minutes. Handle soup and container with caution when removing from microwave, as they will be very hot.

STOVETOP:
Break seal tab, remove lid and empty container into a saucepan. Cover and heat on medium heat without stirring. Simmer for 3 minutes. Remove soup from heat and let stand for 1 minute before serving.
