Ingredients

Filling: Cabbage, Broccoli, Onions, Celery, Carrots, Water chestnuts, Mushrooms, Spinach, Salt, Liquid egg white, Sugar, Modified corn starch, Wheat flour, Canola oil, Dehydrated red pepper, Sesame oil, Ginger puree (ginger, water, canola oil), Methylcellulose, Dehydrated garlic, Spices.

Wrapper: Wheat flour, Water, Liquid whole egg, Salt, Sodium propionate, Mono- and diglycerides, Sodium stearoyl-2-lactylate.

Contains: Wheat, egg, sesame.

Keep frozen until ready to prepare.

Stovetop (Pan-fried):
Combine 1/3 cup (75 mL) of water, 2 tablespoons (30 mL) of cooking oil and contents of dumpling package in a non-stick frying pan. Cover. Turn on heat to medium-high and heat for 10 minutes. Uncover and turn dumplings over and continue to heat uncovered for another 2 to 2 1/2 minutes, until lightly browned.

Microwave (1110 watts):
Empty contents of dumpling package in a microwave-safe container. Add 1 cup (250 mL) of water. Loosely cover container and heat on high for 8 minutes. Let stand for 1 minute before serving. Drain well and serve.

Sauce Defrosting Instructions:
Place unopened sauce sachet into a bowl of warm water for 5 to 10 minutes. Place thawed sauce into a bowl and stir before serving. !Since appliances vary, the instructions above are guidelines only.
